Structural Framing & Core Enclosure
The core superstructure utilizes a hybrid system combining reinforced cement concrete (RCC) columns, post-tensioned slabs, and structural steel framing for wide column-free spans. Key engineering phases include:
Formwork System: High-density engineered aluminum and climbing formwork for continuous, rapid vertical concrete pours.
Reinforcement: Epoxy-coated or thermo-mechanically treated (TMT) steel rebar matrices engineered to resist tension, shear, and flexural stresses.
Building Envelope: High-performance curtain walls, insulated masonry units, and double-glazed low-E glass to optimize thermal insulation and sound dampening.
